Research Resources for Genealogy, Local Architecture and Perinton Settlers


The Museum collections are extensive and include many resources for genealogy study, researching architecture and structures, cemetery records and residential directories as well as biographies of early Perinton settlers.

Museum Hours of Operation:


The Museum is free and open to the public on Tuesday and Sunday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. We are closed in January and February and holiday weekends.

Volunteer docents are available to answer general questions and to pull files for researchers during normal hours of operation.

Tours of the museum are self-guided but special tours can be arranged by appointment. The charge is $3 a person for guided tours of 20 to 30 minutes.

If you would like to do in depth research, the Museum Director and Curator is available to assist you. Please call for an appointment.
