Governing Body and Operation

The by-laws of the Perinton Historical Society calls for a Board of Trustees to govern the operation and an annual meeting of members each year. The board meets ten times a year generally on the third tuesday of the month. These meetings are open to any member of the Society.

The annual meeting of members is held in May. Elections for board positions are held and socializing is enjoyed. For dates and times please see the Events Calender.
